HOW TO PURCHASE

Via Cheques / MoneySend it at your own risk.
Please do email us at sales@luxuraan.com before sending your money or cheque. We will give you information on where to send to us.

For Overseas
We accept credit cards and paypal payment only. Please inform us when ordering.
SIZING
All measurements provided are measured as accurately as possible. Do email us at sales@luxuraan.com if you have any queries.

DEAD BUYERS
Dead buyers will be noted down and be taken off any furture purchases.

DAMAGE / LOST MAILS
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mails sent thru normal mail. All items are checked and wrapped carefully before posting and shipping to your designated address. Please choose registered mail for safe mailing.

PRICE POLICY
All prices are fixed unless subjected to promotions. All items are new and unworn.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not exchange if the items you received is damaged. All items are checked and wrapped carefully before posting and shipping.

However, we do exchanges if you are unsatisfied with the quality of clothing or apparels or if the size is not right. All exchanges should be done within 18 days after your purchase. An admin fee of SGD$1.90 plus postage will be charge for exchanges. Please contact us at sales@luxuraan.com first before sending your items back to us.

Please note that we do not exchange for tarnishing for accessories. All of our products are check and wrapped properly before mailing out.
